We take any and all complaints made very seriously, we strongly advise any of our passengers to complain if they feel aggrieved.
All we ask is that you make your complaint within 30 hours of the incident occurring, this is so we are able to use the CCTV footage from the vehicle to substantiate any claims.
We have a process that we follow and each complaint is taken on it’s own merit, we always advise the customer of the outcome.
